What it means

A young woman in a black outfit adjusts her hair while colorful parrots appear around her. The clip suddenly cuts to a green parrot standing on glowing heavenly stairs against a radiant blue sky, turning the stylish pose into an absurd bird transformation. Steve Edwards, Bob Sinclar & Sly & Robbie’s upbeat house track “World Hold On” makes the reveal feel dramatically triumphant and heightens the joke as a reaction to becoming unexpectedly majestic or eccentric.
