Gym Bench Press Goes Wrong

Text on the meme

OREGON BASKETBALL WELCOME

What it means

A young man wearing headphones attempts to lift a barbell on a bench press in a crowded gym, but he struggles and ends up leaning awkwardly to one side while still gripping the bar. The joke is his increasingly chaotic, exhausted form, making the clip useful as a reaction to struggling, losing control, or pretending everything is fine during a difficult task.
