Woman Kicks Chucky Mask Man
Philly woman kicks man who was "terrorizing" people in a "Chucky" mask. "I was like OK, well, let's see if you can fight -- and he couldn't," she said.
A woman in Philadelphia is shown kicking a man wearing a Chucky mask in a public plaza. The joke is that the supposed terrorizer is immediately challenged and defeated, making this useful as a reaction to someone threatening or acting intimidating but being unable to back it up.
