Me in Public, My Headphones

Me in public: My headphones

A split-screen video contrasts Patrick Bateman silently walking through an office in public with an older man and a child enthusiastically singing and gesturing below. The joke is that someone who looks completely serious and emotionless in public may be loudly enjoying chaotic music through their headphones. The childlike singing and animated performance make the contrast especially absurd and work as a reaction to pretending to be composed while internally having a musical meltdown.
