The Prank Is Just Buying Toothbrushes

“Its just a prank” The prank:

A fast-cut video shows increasingly elaborate, oddly satisfying scenes involving a blue plastic bag, a measuring cup, a pan, a toothbrush, cardboard, and packaging, before revealing that the “prank” is simply choosing or buying toothbrushes in a store. The joke is the dramatic buildup and deadpan caption contrasted with an utterly harmless, mundane payoff. Aphex Twin’s “QKThr” plays underneath, adding an ambient, melancholic, dreamlike mood that makes the trivial reveal feel absurdly serious.
