People Hiding Under a Fake Car

Text on the meme

Anniversary 13th PLAY WITH MIRACLE

What it means

At an outdoor car gathering, people crawl out from underneath a bizarre flat white vehicle-like prop. The prop then moves around the parking lot as if it were a real low-profile car, confusing and amusing the surrounding crowd. The joke is the absurd reveal that the “car” is a moving disguise operated by people underneath it.
