Working Out Next to a Gym Girl

Text on the meme

POV: working out next to a gym girl “Can you help me please” 👉🏻👈🏻

What it means

A muscular man works out beside a woman at the gym while she performs exercises and eventually asks for help with a barbell. He immediately grabs his backpack and walks away, turning the setup into an absurd rejection joke: the fantasy of being asked for help by a gym girl becomes an overwhelming situation he escapes from. The clip is set to the playful, goofy track “Monkeys Spinning Monkeys” by Kevin MacLeod & Kevin, whose lighthearted music makes his dramatic retreat even funnier.
