Lactose Intolerant People Try Cyanide

lactose intolerant people after I replace their soy milk with cyanide

A montage from Game of Thrones shows Joffrey Baratheon choking and dying after someone replaces his soy milk with cyanide. The joke exaggerates lactose intolerance by implying the person would rather die from cyanide than consume dairy, using Joffrey’s dramatic poisoning scene as the reaction. It is sent as an absurd dark-humor reaction to causing an intolerant person’s worst possible outcome.
