What My Back Needs

Text on the meme

What my back needs

What it means

A person lies face-down on a mat while an enormous industrial machine presses down over their back. The joke exaggerates the idea that a sore back needs an absurdly powerful massage or adjustment, making it useful as a reaction to back pain or physical exhaustion.
