What it means

A social media post shows a menu photo of an enormous chicken sandwich, with the menu option “MAKE IT WILD” adding 25 calories. The joke is that the writer dramatically asks for just 25 extra calories, while the sandwich is already huge and indulgent. It is used as an absurd reaction to pretending to be health-conscious while ordering an extravagant meal.
