it's ok to lie down and rot mushrooms love that

What it means

A person lies asleep or resting on the forest floor among mushrooms, moths, and other woodland details. The joke treats giving up and “rotting” in bed or in life as perfectly acceptable, humorously framed as something mushrooms would enjoy. It is used as a reaction to exhaustion, burnout, depression, or wanting to withdraw from responsibilities.
