Tech Company Career Page Starterpack

Tech company career page starterpack Employees all wearing the same branded tshirt or hoodie We value diversity. Look at our minorities and women! Boarderline infantilization of employees Full infantilization of employees Obligatory fitness/ active team photo Free food for employees! * * Served after 8pm so company can get more work out of employees

A satirical career-page collage shows a tech company presenting matching branded clothes, staged diversity, childish employee activities, mandatory fitness, and free food as workplace perks. The punchline is that these supposedly positive benefits reveal corporate infantilization and exploitative expectations, especially the late-night food served to keep employees working longer.
