Cat Supervises the Cleaning

He is responsible for supervising

A black cat sits on a flat mop as a person pushes it across the wooden floor through a cluttered home. The joke is that the cat is supposedly supervising the cleaning while doing no work, made even more dramatic and funny by the heroic One Piece theme music. The clip uses the cat as a reaction to someone claiming authority or responsibility without contributing.
