Hallucination Genie Grants Perfect Body

Text on the meme

I wish I had the perfect body It is done. POOF Nothing's changed. CORRECT. Wow you're a wholesome genie I'm a hallucination take your meds

What it means

A six-panel black-and-white comic shows a person wishing for the perfect body, while a genie-like figure grants the wish. Nothing visibly changes, and the genie confirms this before revealing that he is a hallucination and telling the person to take their medication. The joke is a dark, absurd twist on the wholesome genie wish format, implying the wish was imagined due to mental illness or hallucination.
