Cats Refuse to Go Gentle

"Do not go-" "Though wise men at their end-" "Good men,-" "dying of the light." "near death,-" "dying of the light" "Curse, bless, me now,-"

A dramatic sequence of cats appears with lines adapted from Dylan Thomas’s poem “Do Not Go Gentle into That Good Night,” ending with a black screen. The solemn wording and Hans Zimmer’s “Day One” from Interstellar create an epic, mournful atmosphere, while the increasingly absurd cat images turn the poem into a humorous reaction about stubbornly refusing to die or give up. It is used as a theatrical good-night or farewell meme, especially for dramatic resistance.
