Not Silly vs Silly

Text on the meme

Not silly silly

What it means

A simple hand-drawn comparison shows a straight-faced character labeled “Not silly” beside a round, smiling character labeled “silly.” The joke comes from the exaggerated contrast between a blank expression and an intentionally goofy face, making it useful as a reaction to serious versus ridiculous behavior.
