Text on the meme

I do not believe in ghosts or a goblin ghoul the only thing I believe in is myself Marcus pumpkin

What it means

An elderly man wearing a tall green pointed hat and orange shirt speaks seriously to the camera in a park, saying he does not believe in ghosts or goblin ghouls and that the only thing he believes in is himself. The clip then reveals his full pumpkin-themed outfit beside pumpkins, with the caption “Marcus pumpkin,” making the punchline an absurdly confident Halloween character reveal.
