EN: A child from the 1990s imagines where technology will lead us, but 30 years later the great achievement turns out to be an ordinary electric toothbrush seemingly performing rap. The joke mocks inflated expectations about the future by contrasting them with a mundane gadget; the dark rap music makes the presentation even more absurd. The audio features “Gangsta’s Paradise” by Coolio and L.V., recognizable hip-hop with a serious, dramatic mood that is humorously paired with a toothbrush.
