EN: A surveillance-camera view shows a narrow street: a motorcyclist stops by the roadside, several people walk past, and finally a woman approaches holding a long-handled object while the man in orange reappears from the doorway. The joke is that everyone seems to be cautiously avoiding and observing one another, making the unexplained scene feel like an absurd piece of street comedy, suitable as a reaction to watching chaos unfold or a situation getting increasingly ridiculous.
