What it means

A blue cartoon creature is shown on a game-like screen while a stylus repeatedly pokes or rubs its face and body. By the end of the clip, it transforms into a larger, stranger-looking creature. The joke is the absurd visual evolution, making it useful as a reaction to someone being inexplicably changed or “upgraded.”
