I Rented A Girlfriend And A Fat Guy In Tokyo (#153)

What it means

A YouTube thumbnail shows a bearded man walking through a crowded Tokyo shopping district alongside a masked young woman and a heavier man holding a colorful plush toy. The joke comes from the absurdly literal title, which frames the people beside him as rented companions. It is used as a reaction to bizarre, misleading, or unexpectedly blunt video titles.
