When the Squid Is Too Much

Text on the meme

CONVERSE ALL STAR Chuck Taylor

What it means

A person holds a large squid or cuttlefish in a tray before the clip cuts to a blue-haired man looking stunned and then to another man counting money on a sidewalk. The blue-haired man appears to react with disbelief to the absurdly large seafood and its price, making the clip useful as a reaction to an unexpectedly expensive or ridiculous purchase.
