The caption claims the person only plays unmodified Skyrim, while the collage shows increasingly absurd and heavily modded characters and scenes, including Minecraft Steve, a blue wolf, a maid, a grotesque creature, and exaggerated nudity. The joke is that “vanilla Skyrim” is being used ironically to describe a game experience full of bizarre, adult, and crossover mods.
