War on drugs War, on drugs!
A four-panel-style joke shows the same person looking dismayed under the phrase “War on drugs,” then grinning with exaggerated blue eyes and a drawn smile when the comma changes the meaning to “War, on drugs!” The punchline is a silly grammatical reinterpretation that turns opposition to drugs into a command to wage war while intoxicated, making it useful as an absurd reaction meme.
