Docker Container for Vim

Created a docker container just for Vim. Now I can just do `docker kill vim-container` if I'm not able to exit vim.

A programmer creates a Docker container solely to run Vim, then jokes that they can forcefully exit Vim by killing the container when they cannot leave the editor normally. The punchline references Vim’s famously difficult exit command and turns a simple editor problem into exaggerated DevOps overengineering.
