Roll for Initiative Conference Call

You have entered the conference call. There is a product manager here. Roll for initiative.

A D20-style polyhedral die appears beside text describing a conference call with a product manager. The joke frames the meeting as a tabletop role-playing encounter, implying that participants must roll for initiative before dealing with the product manager. It is used as a humorous reaction to intimidating, chaotic, or adversarial work meetings.
