Kernel Programming Courtroom Objection

Hi, but it appears that this function only works Objection! Oh I see. Well at least you were kind enough and didn’t bashed me on my first post here. I’m pretty new to kernel programming so I wanted to write a mini process explorer for some practice. part of the tool should have been a VAD tree parser, guess I’ll pass that n Oh, I see. You expected us to greet you with open arms, because you’re reaching into a structure you do not own, using a constant offset that you determined Gxd-knows- Yes, you’re right. We should have been MUCH nicer. /rolls eyes Peter

An Ace Attorney-style courtroom argument reenacts a programming-forum exchange: a novice explains their kernel process explorer and VAD tree parser, then an opposing commenter objects to using a guessed constant offset to access a structure they do not own. The melodramatic objection and sarcastic eye-roll turn a technical code review into an over-the-top trial reaction. It is used when someone defensively describes risky low-level code and receives a deservedly harsh correction. The clip has dramatic game-like music and a ringing/alert-like sound, which heighten the mock courtroom tension and punctuate the objection.
