War Museum Medal Jump Scare
got jumpscared at the war museum in thessaloniki
A display case at the War Museum in Thessaloniki shows military medals, including Soviet-style medals with red stars and striped ribbons. The joke is that the familiar Soviet imagery unexpectedly appears in a Greek museum, creating a “jump scare” for someone who recognizes it and making this a reaction to an uncanny or unexpectedly familiar sight.
