The old recruiter arranges the interview via Skype, so I assume that he's behind with technology and it will be easy He's an old school programmer and he wipes the floor with my face
A job candidate assumes an old recruiter who uses Skype is technologically outdated and will be easy to beat in an interview. The recruiter turns out to be an old-school programmer who completely overwhelms the candidate, represented by the unsettling transformation from Mr. Incredible to his uncanny version. It is used as a reaction to underestimating experienced people because of their age or outdated-looking methods.
