When Life Becomes a Tragic Montage
POLICE MINNEAPOLIS The Elder Scrolls II С над дневной Австралией
A rapid montage jumps from an astronaut planting a flag and tanks rolling through a city to a laughing man, a police arrest, the title screen of The Elder Scrolls II, and an orbital view of Earth. Set to Michael Giacchino’s tender, nostalgic piano piece “Married Life,” the sentimental music turns disconnected and increasingly grim footage into an absurdly overdramatic life story, like a reaction to everything suddenly going wrong.
