A twelve-panel calendar shows a child gradually becoming more distressed from January through December, ending with her drawing while looking exhausted. The joke is a humorous summary of 2020, portraying the year as an increasingly stressful and overwhelming experience. It is used as a reaction to bad news, exhaustion, or the chaotic events of that year.
