A car’s passenger-side interior is shown dismantled, revealing a strange wet, tangled area beneath the dashboard. The joke is that a customer’s frog-like noise complaint is answered as though an actual frog and pond were hiding inside the car, making it a reaction to an absurdly thorough repair.
