A person travels 4,000 years into the past and meets someone from the Indus Valley Civilization. The joke is that the ancient civilization supposedly already had the same name that modern historians use, creating an absurd time-travel misunderstanding. It is shared as a reaction to discovering that an old thing had the same name or concept as something familiar today.
