When Comments Become Unhinged
I'm saving this one, HE'S SO HANDSOME waitt lemme just get my bestie were good at judgingg ✨✨ I think I'd push back a bit on the idea of "Super-habitable" meaning "more biodiversity". Biodiversity is substantially driven by having a range of different habitats, a range of different environmental conditions and niches which species can fit into. A planet like Hestia could easily find itself fairly homogenous, with a single set of well-adapted species spreading across the whole planet and outcompeting all other ecosystems, unhindered by the substantial barriers which more extreme environments would pose. Oswald did it but at the same time I think he had been in the intelligence in the marines. He got back in the country to easy after he went to Russia there after gibing up his American citizenship it takes a long time to get those papers to leave and then come back. If he did do the deed. He sure did it dumb . I don’t understand why he didn’t have another shirt and jacket and have his hand gun . None of that makes sense . I think that would be really stupid and he left his wife 186 bucks . Where did he get the money ? Not from that 1.25 job he had . Something stinks with him . He had more going on than selling coffee at offices . In our "post-truth" age, this kind of analysis is more essential than ever. People see what they are trained to see and remember what they prefer to remember. Or their memories may be unreliable for many reasons that are unrelated to cognitive bias. But there's also a greater willingness to promote conspiracies by people who should know better—not because they genuinely believe the conspiracy to be true, but because they believe in the benevolent lie, the pious fraud, or what Oliver Stone called his "counter-myth." Which is just another way of saying he made it up. I also think of Hanlon's Razor in its British incarnation—cockup before conspiracy. It explains the world today in so many ways. There is a crisis in education and science. Not in climate. People should learn basic physics first. Climatologists unfortunately did not learn physics either. Otherwise they would not have based their theories on a nonsense, that "greenhouse" gases warmed our planet by 33 °C. They would have learned the gas law state equation (P . V = R . T, where R is the gas constant), which is clearly in contradiction with their irrational conjecture. If gas law state equation has to apply, the atmospheric pressure P and volume V of the atmosphere are the major factors determining the average surface temperature T. Just imagine our planet without atmosphere. Its black (grey) body temperature would be according to climatologists -18 °C. If any non greenhouse gases were added, the atmospheric pressure P and volume V would rise and also the temperature T would have to rise correspondingly. That means that the warming of our planet is mostly driven by adiabatic effect of non greenhouse gases, which make up 99 % of the Earth's atmosphere and there is no reason for any alarm what so ever. Robotic Tantrum Fever is an unfortunate possibility. Too utilize a broad as possible scope for the efforts of mitigation. Mitigation and preparation seem so very similar nowadays. People need to know, be made aware of, it is okay to feel fear. Where the fear comes from is always primary basis for action, knowledge. Requirement for knowledge is mandatory. Too know ones own fears. This is primal ordinance. Without the impelling knowledge of our base and group fears we are bound to continue on our path of failure. Failure is real and that is the tipping point. Too remain afraid of that which is real seems altogether excessively important. No lack of admonishments shall lead through liberation. Comm
A video rapidly scrolls through social-media comments: it begins with excited comments about a handsome anime character, then escalates into increasingly long, poorly written and overconfident essays about biodiversity, Oswald, conspiracy theories, climate science, and fear. The joke is the absurd contrast between the casual thirst comments and the endless pseudo-intellectual rants, amplified by the calm, dreamy music. The soundtrack is “Good night” by Jarsson de Nazare Fernandes, giving the chaotic comment montage an oddly relaxed and comedic mood.
