Shoot the Fucking Bugs
To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand the satire of fascism present in Starship Troopers and Helldivers. Did you guys know that we're actually the baddies? Also did I mention fascism? Guys? Shoot the fucking bugs!!
A helmeted Helldivers-style soldier aims a rifle while another oversized-helmeted figure explains the obvious fascist satire of Starship Troopers and Helldivers. The punchline is the soldier’s blunt response, mocking people who overanalyze or excuse fascist imagery while enthusiastically repeating the militaristic slogan. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to pretentious media analysis or contradictory fandom takes.
