A hand slowly reveals the printed environmental instructions on a translucent plastic bag while the video is framed as a reply to a request for Galadriel’s voice-over music from The Lord of the Rings. The joke is the dramatic, epic presentation of extremely mundane recycling text, treating the bag’s warning like a solemn fantasy monologue.
This bag is made of plastic. Use it for as long as you like. However, when it is no longer of use, do not leave it in the countryside of the sea. Dispose of it in a refuse confiner. The what old belongs to us all. We must protect it.
