Good Place for a First Trip

Good place for a first trip?

A cramped, run-down basement or storage area is shown with a narrow passage, scattered furniture, and a door at the back. The joke is that the setting looks like an extremely unsafe and terrifying place for someone’s first psychedelic mushroom trip, so the image works as an absurd reaction to a terrible idea.
