Broken Controller for Sibling
The controller you give to your sibling when they ask to play
A hand holds a heavily damaged and disassembled game controller with exposed circuit boards and missing components. The joke is that an older sibling gives the younger sibling a deliberately broken controller when they ask to play, pretending to let them join while ensuring they cannot actually play.
