Skullface in Real Life

"SKULLFAAAAACE! I'M COMING TO KILL YOU! IN AFGHANISTAN! AT OKB ZERO!" "In a simulation?" "IN REAL LIFE!"

A close-up of a man edited with an eyepatch, horns, and dark tactical armor while another bearded man speaks beside him. The captions parody Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, presenting the exaggerated Skull Face threat as if it were happening in real life rather than in a simulation. It is used as an absurd reaction to someone making an extremely intense or fictional threat.
