Yellow Stairs Area of Interest
>screen goes black and white except for the color yellow >camera pans over to a flight of stairs with yellow markings >time slows down >Inner monologue: "Hmm.. Looks like I can use those stairs to get up" >game pauses >pop up appears on screen >"Yellow marks may indicate areas of interest" >"Press any key to continue"
A greentext-style parody of a video game scene shows a flight of stairs with yellow markings, dramatically treating the obvious path upward as an interactive tutorial prompt. The joke mocks games that highlight objects and explain painfully obvious mechanics to the player, and it is used as a reaction to over-explaining simple things.
