EN: A young man lies in bed under a blanket while someone tapes a transparent mesh strip over his lips. He tries to laugh and breathe through it, then the strip is removed, but his mouth looks unusual and he wakes up. The joke comes from the absurd helplessness of the sleeping man and his funny reaction; people send the clip as a reaction to uncontrollable laughter. Loud laughter, snorting, and wheezy breathing can be heard, with no noticeable music—the sounds heighten the absurdity and make the man's attempts not to laugh even funnier.
