A split-screen video contrasts review-score pages for The Last of Us Part II and Kingdom Come: Deliverance II with dark, intimate gameplay scenes. The first game’s low user score is paired with a nauseated emoji and an intense same-sex kiss, while the second’s favorable score is paired with increasingly passionate kissing before ending in a fiery battlefield image. Dramatic music makes the escalating montage feel mock-serious, turning the contrast between respectable ratings and unexpectedly sexual or chaotic footage into the joke.
