EN: Gordon Freeman from Half-Life 2 calmly operates a crane at an industrial base to the dark synthwave of Kavinsky’s “Nightcall,” before an explosion or collision suddenly occurs. The contrast between the hero’s stylish composure and the abrupt final chaos makes the clip useful as a reaction to a situation that unexpectedly gets out of control.
