A relentless home inspector examines a house and points out hidden problems: a damaged window area, doors and latches, a rotten structural piece, bathroom fixtures, and water leaking onto a hardwood floor. The joke is that the inspector notices every defect, even absurdly minor or concealed ones, turning a routine inspection into an escalating disaster. It works as a reaction to discovering that a seemingly new or perfect home has many unexpected problems.
