Too Tired to Play Video Games
Me: "I'm gonna play video games after work :)" Me after work:
A person sits collapsed and exhausted on the floor while two people walk away in the background. The joke is that the speaker plans to play video games after work but is too tired to do anything once work ends, making this a relatable reaction to exhaustion.
