Silly Puppy Avoids the License Check
"sir licence & regi-" me being a silly billy & reaching for his servic weapon:
A tiny fluffy brown puppy appears in a rapid sequence of close-ups, changing from happy and playful to wide-eyed and suspicious. The caption jokes that the puppy is pretending to be silly while reaching for his “service weapon” after being asked for his license and registration, parodying a police encounter.
