Two heavily distorted cats sit side by side on a bed, one stretched vertically and the other squashed horizontally. The joke contrasts bizarre cat names with the idea that one cat predicts a horrible future while the other reveals an uncomfortable past. It is used as an absurd reaction to ominous or awkward situations.
