Java Garbage Collector Cleans Everything

I'm from the island of Java, Indonesia. I am the Java Garbage Collector. run: Performing 1000000 append operations;process completed in :129ms Performing 2000000 append operations;process completed in :271ms Performing 3000000 append operations;process completed in :495ms Performing 4000000 append operations;process completed in :504ms Performing 5000000 append operations;process completed in :650ms Performing 6000000 append operations;process completed in :950ms Performing 7000000 append operations;process completed in :1025ms Performing 8000000 append operations;process completed in :105ms Performing 9000000 append operations;process completed in :107ms Exception in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space at java.util.Arrays.copyOf(Arrays.java:3236) at java.lang.AbstractStringBuilder.enlargeBuffer(AbstractStringBuilder.java:124) at java.lang.AbstractStringBuilder.expandCapacity(AbstractStringBuilder.java:120) at java.lang.AbstractStringBuilder.append(AbstractStringBuilder.java:...) at java.lang.StringBuilder.append(StringBuilder.java:...) at com...doString... A woman carrying a huge black garbage bag is paired with an overflowing trash bin, a Java memory error, and a news headline about Java island. The joke conflates Java the Indonesian island with Java programming and its garbage collector, which fails after the heap runs out of memory. It is used as a nerdy reaction to overwhelming cleanup, excessive data, or a system that cannot manage its memory.
