Quitting every two years TECHNICAL DEBT
A grim reaper labeled “TECHNICAL DEBT” knocks at the door while a man works in the yard. The joke is that repeatedly quitting a job prevents someone from having to deal with the long-term consequences of accumulated technical debt. It is used as a reaction to developers or teams escaping difficult maintenance problems by leaving.
