You’re Talking to a Python Fellow
I love Python to death, but goodness if I had a magic wand that could make sweeping changes to it, I would. A lot of Python's behavior and quirks are due to it being 30 years old. A whole lot of things have changed since. I FEEL like you don't get python. What languages would you suggest are younger and better? Maybe you're not used to back-end coding. You know you're talking to a python software foundation fellow, right?
A Twitter exchange shows someone criticizing Python’s aging behavior and quirks, followed by a commenter suggesting newer programming languages. The punchline is that the commenter unknowingly argues with a Python Software Foundation fellow, who is clearly an expert on Python. This meme is used when someone confidently explains a subject to a person with far more expertise.
